CARE & MAINTENANCE
Our shoes are made with genuine leather, which means they’ll age beautifully if you treat them right. Leather is a natural material so small creases and texture changes over time are normal and part of the character.
To keep them looking their best, avoid excessive water and store them in a cool, dry place when not in use. If they do get wet, let them air dry naturally (no heat). Wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear, and use a quality leather conditioner occasionally to keep the material soft and hydrated.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its delivery.
For pre-orders, please allow 5–6 weeks for production and shipping. Each pair is made in limited quantities, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Due to our small-batch inventory, we are not accepting returns at this time. However, we do offer exchanges if we have your requested size available. If you need an exchange, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can assist you.
